UK – ROYAL MAIL24 SERVICE – FREE OF CHARGE
This is our standard service for all UK orders.
All items will need to be signed for upon receipt.
This service takes 1-2 days from dispatch.
UK – ROYAL MAIL EXPRESS DELIVERY – £6.90
This can be selected on checkout and will guarantee delivery one working day after dispatch. Please note, this is not a ‘next day’ delivery service as we need time to hand make your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that Sally Clay Jewellery has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged to the customer when the package reaches its destination country. The customer may also have to pay a handling fee to the delivery provider.
We can no longer offer Express Delivery to European countries. These orders will be sent Royal Mail International post and delivery can take up to 2 weeks however we will prioritise these orders.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – £12.50
This is our standard service for all International orders.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY – £35.00
This can be selected on checkout and will guarantee delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note, this is not a ‘next day’ delivery service as we need time to hand make your order. Please provide a telephone number when placing your order as this is required when booking the courier.
