UK – ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 SERVICE – FREE OF CHARGE

This is our standard service for all UK orders.
This service takes 2-3 days from dispatch.

UK – ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 TRACKED SERVICE – 3.95

This service takes 1-2 days from dispatch.

UK – ROYAL MAIL EXPRESS DELIVERY – £6.90

This can be selected on checkout and will guarantee delivery one working day after dispatch. Please note, this is not a ‘next day’ delivery service as we need time to hand make your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that Sally Clay Jewellery has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged to the customer when the package reaches its destination country. The customer may also have to pay a handling fee to the delivery provider.

We can no longer offer Express Delivery to European countries. These orders will be sent Royal Mail International post and delivery can take up to 2 weeks however we will prioritise these orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – £12.50

This is our standard service for all International orders.
All items will need to be signed for upon receipt.
This service takes approximately 5-10 working days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY – £35.00 (not available for orders for USA)

This can be selected on checkout and will guarantee delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch. Please note, this is not a ‘next day’ delivery service as we need time to hand make your order. Please provide a telephone number when placing your order as this is required when booking the courier. This delivery method is not available for orders dispatching to the USA.

ARE YOU ORDERING A GIFT?

If you are buying a gift, we will happily send your order directly to the recipient. Please message us if you would like to include a gift message with your order.
